Shipping  and Delivery Information

Our aim is to ship your purchase within 3 business days. During holidays and exceptionally busy periods this may be longer.

We are currently working to reduce our shipping costs for you and adopt a new and better method of offering multi item order shipping discounts.

Shipping prices shown in listings relate to domestic shipping within the USA only. We will only ship to your confirmed eBay or PayPal address. We do not ship to third party addresses unless a previous agreement has been made in writing with Magic by Mail

Not all items are available to all countries. If an item is available for international shipment you can generally obtain the shipping cost in the drop down country box in the listings shipping area. If your country does not appear it indicates that the item is not currently available for shipping to your country..

Once an item has shipped we have no control over the length of time it will take for your goods to reach you and are unable to give you an accurate delivery date. Where available a tracking number will be supplied which also serves as proof of shipment and delivery.

We may require proof of address and a telephone number if we are required to ship to an unconfirmed address.

Combined shipping:

Not all items qualify for combined shipping.

Only items that qualify, and are purchased during a 7 day period commencing from the date of the first sale, may be combined into a single invoice.

Please do not pay for each item as the auction ends, the shipping process will already have started and we may not be able to include it in combined shipping and are treated as a separate order.

You may combine items yourself during eBay check out. However to ensure the best shipping rate please contact us after the LAST AUCTION you win has ended for us to combine the items for you. this will guarantee you the best shipping price.

Exceptions to combined shipping.

Items that have free shipping, are drop shipped, or it is specifically mentioned in the listing, do not qualify for a combined shipping discount. If you have a multiple item order any item(s) with free shipping may be shipped together with other items from your order.

Drop Shipping:

Some larger and heavier items are shipped directly from our wholesaler or the manufacturer and may take longer to ship than our published shipping times. These items cannot be included in combined shipping.

International shipping:

International shipping charges are higher than those to the USA and can be expensive. Most orders weighing under 1Lb will be shipped by Air Mail letter post, this is an uninsured service and the buyer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping, we obtain proof of shipping from the post office for each item shipped. Shipping a package with insurance overseas starts at a minimum of $26 plus insurance. If you are unsure of the cost please contact us prior to bidding. We retain a copy of our invoice post marked by the postal service when they accept the item for shipment. A fixed line telephone number (not cell/mobile phone numbers) may be required for international shipping.

International buyers may be subject to import duty and taxes on their purchase. These are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary from country to country and cannot be determined for you by Magic by Mail.

To get the best value from shipping buyers may wish to purchase several items and request combined shipping as this will save you money.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges include a handling fee per order in addition to the actual cost of postage that may include delivery confirmation where applicable, or international proof of mailing. Handling fees cover amongst other things, shipping and packaging materials, packing time and order processing, including cost and preparation of shipping labels. and other associated business overheads necessary to process your order. We also have a packer to pay as well - we have yet to find someone to work for free.
